1. The SRF
- Chaired by Assistant Chief Constable Jane Sawyers, Staffordshire Police.
- Strategic meeting for Chief Executives/Deputy Chief Executives of the SRF partnership.
- Oversees the work of the SRF partnership.
- Meets every 6 months.
2. The SRF Ops Meeting
- Chaired by Chief Superintendent Dave Forrest, Staffordshire Police.
- Tactical meeting for middle managers of the SRF partnership.
- Oversees key projects (eg Training, Exercises, Multi Agency Plans).
- Monitors the Civil Contingencies Unit (CCU) Work Programme.
- Escalates strategic issues to the SRF.
- Meets every 2 months.
3. The Risk Assessment Working Group
- Chaired by Peter Taylor, Principal Civil Contingencies Officer, CCU.
- Tactical meeting for middle managers of the SRF partnership.
- Establishes, reviews and publishes the SRF partnership’s Community Risk Register.
- Meets every 3 months.

Task & Finish Projects
- Multi-agency projects such as Training, Exercising and Staffordshire Prepared Plan development.
- Tasked and monitored by the SRF Ops in accordance with the SRF’s strategic requirements and risk profile
- Often project managed by the CCU on behalf of the SRF partnership.
5. Information Sharing Forum
- Organised by the CCU.
- Hosted at large venues around Staffordshire to ensure maximum opportunity for SRF partners to attend.
- Provides all SRF partners, irrespective of position and level of Civil Contingencies expertise, with quick updates on current and upcoming work in the SRF partnership.
- Excellent networking opportunity.
- Lasts for half a day.
- Held every 6 months.
