Biography:   Bob, as he prefers to be known, is a Civil Contingencies Officer with extensive experience in the Contingency Planning field.  His main role is to provide specialist advice, support and guidance to the City of Stoke on Trent on behalf of the Civil Contingencies Unit.
 
Bob currently chairs two of the Staffordshire Resilience Forum's Joint Agency Project Groups, namely Critical Infrastructures (the Category 2 responder liaison forum) and the County Emergency Helpline Group (a feasibility study into a 'one stop shop' emergency call centre).
