Biography:

Marie joined the CCU in January 2006, having formerly served as a Fire Control Operator with Staffordshire Fire & Rescue Service. 

Marie provides specialist advice, support and guidance to the CCU's stakeholders in the north of the county.  In addition to her normal duties, Marie is responsible for preparing Major Incident Flood Plans, Top Tier COMAH site plans and Reservoir Plans.  Marie is also the Chair of the Staffordshire Local Authority Emergency Planning Liaison Officers group and the Deputy Chair of the Flooding Joint Agency Project Group and she plays a leading role in the development of the SRF's Business Continuity strategy
