- HSE
- Any other organisation who may be required to respond

These critical elements of infrastructure comprise the nation's critical national infrastructure (CPNI [online] 2008). |

Local Gold is the term given for a Strategic level group formulating strategies for dealing with an incident. They will not normally be on the site, but at another location. The Local Authority's Chief Executive (where the incident has occurred) will normally chair this group, unless otherwise agreed with multi-agency partners. |
