Staffordshire Resilience Forum Meeting Hierarchy

All civil contingencies planning and delivery in Staffordshire is done within a defined and on-going multi-agency meeting structure.  Key strategic policy and governance matters are discussed at the Staffordshire Resilience Forum (SRF) and the Governance Board.  Actions from these meetings generate operational outputs which meet the planning priorities laid down by the Community Risk Register (CRR).

Operational outputs are delivered by multi agency partners through a range of Joint Agency Project Groups (JAPGs).  Each JAPG Chair reports to the General Working Group which, in turn, reports on progress against key objectives to the Governance Board and SRF.  The secretariat function of the SRF and its supporting meetings is provided by the Civil Contingencies Unit.
