The Staffordshire Resilience Forum (SRF) is chaired by Staffordshire Police Service and meets biannually to set the county's strategic civil contingencies objectives. All Category 1 responders have a statutory responsibility under the Civil Contingencies Act 2004 to engage actively in the SRF process. All Category 2 responders have a right to attend, and a right to request invitation to, SRF meetings.
